All products on the website are in stock and available for order. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Orders are processed/packaged for shipping within 2-3 business days of your purchase, orders may take longer due to delays or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

SAMPLES STUDIO are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address you have provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped – SAMPLES STUDIO are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. 

Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard delivery: $30

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

All import taxes, duties, and customs charges at the time of your delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

SAMPLES STUDIO does not offer any exchanges or returns on any product as all items are limited and all sales are final.
